Education. Access. Ownership.

01 / Our purpose

Ambition is everywhere.
Access should be, too.

Our mission

To help underserved women in inner-city communities structure their businesses, prepare for funding and build toward financial independence, generational wealth and a lasting legacy.

Our vision

A future where a woman’s starting point does not determine her opportunity to become a business owner. Profit Plug NYC connects practical knowledge with guidance and community so women can move from having an idea to taking informed action.

02 / The women we intend to reach

For women ready to build,
who need a way forward.

Our focus is underserved women in urban communities, beginning with the needs and experiences that shape our New York City roots.

01

Aspiring entrepreneurs

Women with an idea or skill who need help choosing a direction, organizing a business and understanding their first steps.

02

Mothers building businesses

Women balancing caregiving and income goals who need flexible learning, practical systems and a supportive community.

03

Owners facing access barriers

Early-stage entrepreneurs who need affordable education, stronger business foundations and help understanding funding options.

03 / What Profit Plug offers

Knowledge with a next step.

Business education is the foundation. Strategy, resources and human support help women put it into practice.

Her work brings together business strategy, technology, creative direction and mentorship. She believes women deserve practical education, useful resources and a community that supports their progress—not just motivation.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Web & Multimedia Design and a Master of Science in Aviation Management.

“Your vision deserves more than motivation. It deserves a strategy.”

05 / Where we want to go

More access.
Deeper, lasting support.

These are our growth priorities. The scope and timing will depend on funding, partnerships and participant needs.

Expand participation

Make education and mentorship accessible to more underserved women through supported learning opportunities and stronger outreach.

Deepen the curriculum

Build practical learning around funding readiness, grant applications, communicating with loan officers and creating manageable business systems.

Support sustainable ownership

Develop experiences that help women balance parenting and entrepreneurship, avoid burnout and explore paths to long-term business ownership.

What progress would look like

Our proposed measures include women reached and enrolled, learning completion, business plans developed, funding applications prepared, and participant-reported business milestones. These are intended measures for future reporting, rather than claims of results already achieved.
